Project Costing 9.1

Using the up and down icons to move an activity up or down within the Activities Schedule page work breakdown structure (WBS) changes the Activity ID, not just the WBS ID.  The Activity ID should remain unchanged if the activity is moved up or down the WBS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a project with multiple activities.
2. Use the WBS functionality to create some subordinate activities so there is a hierarchy with activities at different levels.
3. Select an activity on the WBS and move it up or down noting the Activity ID before and after.

Due to this issue, users working on large WBS structures may become confused as to whether their data is correct and end up redoing work.
