ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

TL Template Rules abend with SQL Error: Missing %RuleTemplate

Time Administration is abending due to SQL errors when processing new template rules. Problem is that the %RuleTemplate bind variables are missing from the TL_TA_RULES Application Engine SQL. SQL

The exception id in the rule text is populated with the time period id.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The exception id defined on the rule template should be populated in the rule text correctly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new rule template 250
2. Enter all values and save the rule
3. Compile the rule and review the rule text you can find in the sql object, the exception id is populated with period id

E.EXCEPTION_ID = 'PSDAY'
