After the application of result of a fix for Bug 12787735 that was delivered in HRMS 9.1 Bundle #10, <Update 874099>, Patchset 13377316,standard hours for an individual are changed in position
management (Navigation: Home>Organizational Development>Position Management>Maintain Positions/Budgets>Add/Update Position Info) The FTE on the specific information E&G tab is reset to zero.
if the record is saved like this and the update incumbents flag is checked the correct FTE will be placed on job but the reset 0 FTE will stay on position management. Once additional rows are added to position management this zero record will flow to job.
Scenario's - E&G Database.
Step 1: Update position management FTE under E&G area of Position Management
- no update to JOB.
Step 2: Update position management Std Hours - Job Updated with new Std
Hours and FTE recalculated based on Std Hours change.
Step 3. The FTE under the education and Government Flag on the Specific
Information page in Position Management is now out of sync with Job Data
