GL Cashiering Interface Inserts Too Many Rows After CS Bundle 27

Information in this document applies to any platform.
On CS 9 Bundle 27 in TEST, Cashiering GL Interface inserted extra rows into the SF_ACCTG_LN table. A Cash Posting to pay several different items results in duplicate rows being inserted into the SF_ACCTG_LN table.
This started after application of CS 9.0 Bundle 27.
Duplicate lines are not inserted in the SF_ACCTG_LN table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Add multiple fees in different terms
- Add cashiering payment over the amount of the due charges
- Run GL interface
- Run Cashiering Interface
- SF Accounting creates multiple erroneous accounting entries each time the payment is split over MULTIPLE TERMS
This issue was introduced with CS 9 Bundle 27
