All TASKS are missing on the Tasks page of a Helpdesk case, but the TASK count is shown correctly on the tab. How to make the tasks visible to the user?
When a Helpdesk or Support app user opens a case and goes to the TASKS tab, he/she would expect to see the list of tasks already created OR after creating a new task on the page, he/she would expect to see it. This is not happening only under one specific circumstance.
