EMM: Maintentance Management PM Exception Page (WM_PM_EXCEPTION) Not Displaying Correctly

Symptoms


The delivered Maintenance Management Preventive Maintenance Exception page (WM_PM_EXCEPTION) is not displaying correctly.  The header information displays to the far right of the screen, while the exception display to the far left of the screen.

Steps

This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:

To create an exception, perform the following steps:

1.  Make sure the following demo PM Schedules all have their Scheduling Option set to "Always generate work orders based on the PM Schedule".
>Maintenance Management >Preventive Maintenance >PM Schedule Management Setup >Schedule

BU:  US001     PM Schedule ID:  0000000004 - Tune-Up: Evey 100 days or 3,750 days
BU:  US001     PM Schedule ID:  0000000005 - Minor Service: Every 32 weeks or 7,500 miles
BU:  US001     PM Schedule ID:  0000000006 - Major Service: Every 36 months or 30,000 miles

2.  On PM Schedule ID 0000000004, go to the PM Linking tab in the schedule and link schedules as follows:
>Maintenance Management >Preventive Maintenance >PM Schedule Management Setup >Schedule

PM Linking Section:
Effective Date: 02/27/2005
Status:  Active
Sequence: 1

Secondary Schedules Section:
Sequence: 2, Schedule ID: 0000000005, Linking Method:  Days Tolerance, Linking Action:  Merge All Tasks, Days Tolerance: 1
Sequence: 3, Schedule ID: 0000000006, Linking Method:  Days Tolerance, Linking Action:  Merge All Tasks, Days Tolerance: 1

3.  Run the "Run Preventive Maintenance" process for Schedule ID 0000000005.  This should create a work order for Asset 000000000003.
>Maintenance Management >Preventive Maintenance >Run Preventive Maintenance

4.  Run the "Run Preventive Maintenance" process for Schedule ID 0000000004.
>Maintenance Management >Preventive Maintenance >Run Preventive Maintenance  

5.  A PM Exception should be generated for this process instance since an outstanding work order exists for Asset 000000000003.
