Symptoms

When a Learning Administrator adds an Activity with a Leap Year Date and add a session with leap year date (such as 2/29/2012) to reserve a room for the session, they receive an error message. 


Steps to Replicate:
1)  Login as Learning Administrator
2)  Navigate to Enterprise Learning> Catalog> Maintain Activities.
3)  Delivery Method = Classroom and {search\select}Activity
4)  {click} Clone link
      Enter Activity Code
      Enter Start date = 2/29/2012  or 2/29/2016
      Enter End date = 3/29/2012  or 3/29/2016
       Save
5)  {click} on Learning Component tab
     {click} Add Component  
     {click} Sessions link
     {enter} Component name 
     {enter} Short name  
     {enter} Descr 
     {click} on Session tab
     {click} Add Session button.
     {enter} Start date =  02/29/2012 or 2/29/2016
     {enter} Facility 
     {enter} Room  
     {enter} Time: 9am - 12 pm CST
     {enter} Instructor 
     {click} OK

6) Notice, you received the following Error message:
