Issue:

When attempting to edit a journal the following error occurs.

ROLLBACK

-- 09.50.10 SQL Error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_JRNL_LN) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a transaction in the sub system

2.create multiple requests within the same run control
3.Run JGEN
4.Run the edit process
