How does the Maintenance Management system (ALM) tracks employee actual time spent on a work order? One way is to add time to a timesheet provided in the Technicians Workbench and then when saving the timesheet it populates the time tables found in the Travel and Expense module.
Is there is another way to capture the employee actual work time other than the delivered method?
