Symptoms

On : 9 version, Projects Utilities

When attempting to delete a Transaction

the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Message 1: A SQL error occured. Please consult your system log for details.

Message 2: Process 0 ABENDED at Step PC_DEL_UTIL.20000000.Step01 (SQL) -- RC = 805 (108,524)

Message 3: CallAppEngine: Application PC_DEL_UTIL: AppEngine error. (2,653) PC_DEL_PROJ_WRK.PC_DEL_BUTTON.FieldChange PCPC:3711 Statement:64

During a CallAppEngine builtin function call, the Application Engine detected an error. The Application Engine log may provide more information.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application as VP1
2. Create a Project 'P'. Create an Activity 'A' with few transactions say with analysis type of  'ACT'.
3. Go To Project Costing > Utilities > Project Delete Utility
4. Choose the Project 'P'. Under the Options section, Select "Transaction Level Deletion" radio button with Analysis type as 'ACT'. Under the Activities section, Select the Activity 'A' marked for deletion.
5. Click on 'Delete' button.
6. Click 'Cancel' on 'Project Delete Confirmation' page
7. Log out as VP1 and Log in as VP2
8. Choose the Project 'P'. Under the Options section, Select "Transaction Level Deletion" radio button with Analysis type as 'ACT'. Under the Activities section, Select the Activity 'A' marked for deletion.
9. Click on 'Delete' button.
10. Click 'OK' on 'Project Delete Confirmation' page
11. The above error message is received.
