Cannot Pass Test To Render Document In .pdf Format (Doc ID 1519213.1)

Symptoms

  DESCRIPTION
  ===========
  Verify Server Setup fails for .pdf when rendering for both .doc and .pdf are
  selected
 
  Note:  This only happens when using FTP attachment server type.  
 
  Note also:  Test passes when only "Enable .doc rendering" is selected or
  when only "Enable .pdf rendering" is selected.  Fails only when both are
  selected.
 
  REPLICATION STEPS
  =================
  1)  Navigate to Installation Options - Supplier Contract Management
  2)  Select both "Enable .doc rendering" and "Enable .pdf rendering" and save
  the page
  3)  Hit the Verify Server Setup button
  4)  Get the following error:
 
  Connect to application server (//ISBPSOFT10:9010): SUCCESSFUL
 
  Test to render document in .doc format: PASSED
 
  Test to render document in PDF: FAILED (Failed to get original document from
  attachment server (10430,52))
 
  PDF document may have failed to render due to one of the following:
 
  1. Printer is not installed - This implies that Adobe Acrobat Professional
  or Adobe PDF printer is not installed.
 
  2. Error on rely on system fonts - Please consult documentation on Supplier
  Contracts Setup
