Symptoms

After upgrading to PeopleTools 8.52 version, Integration Broker the PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector fails on incoming Soap requests.  The following error occurs:

 "Error 500--Internal Server Error" and the following error in the stack trace from the errorLog.html file:

HttpListeningConnectorUtility.isSoapDoc(). Error occurred while parsing the SOAP Document
Integration Gateway failed while processing the message
org.xml.sax.SAXNotRecognizedException: Feature 'http://xml.org/sax/features/use-entity-resolver2' is not recognized.
