Symptoms

Solutions Not Accessible From Employee Self Service Search Solution Page When the Grid results are more than 10.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Enterprise PeopleSoft CRM 9.1 Version of Application using PSCR / VP1.

2. Navigate to Employee Self-Service > HR Helpdesk, Search Solutions with search criteria that will result in more than 10 rows in the results grid.

3. Click the page over arrow on the gird toolbar.

4. Click on any of the next set of solution hyperlink.

5. The solution are not accessible
