Error: "Account is required. Please enter an Account for line 1. (10400,193)" when Saving a Recurring Voucher Contract.

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Recurring Voucher Contract the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Account is required. Please enter an Account for line 1. (10400,193) "
Cannot save until informing Account.
Able to save for PO Contract/General Contract and others.


STEPS to recreate the issue:

1. Create a Recurring Voucher Contract
2. Populate the contract with the Vendor and Item information, etc.
3. Go to Voucher Distribution page. Notice that the Account number is blank.
3. Save. Got the message "Account is required. Please enter an Account for line 1. (10400,193) "
