The site is reading Emails through ERMS process RB_MAIL_READ into the PeopleSoft application/database.
When emails are read, some emails remain on the server and the process monitor's message log shows ERMSErrCD of 10.
These emails are also logged in the exception emails page and returns with error code 10 – Generic Email connect error.
Upon inspection, these emails which are not read appear to be normal text emails with no attachments.
The issue started occurring after the mail server upgrade from Microsoft Exchange 2007 to 2010

The site recently upgraded their mail server from Microsoft Exchange 2007 to Microsoft Exchange 2010
