Performance Issue when Using ExcelToCI and the CONTACT_INFO Component Interface (Doc ID 1529011.1)

You experience significant performance issue when loading/updating Customer Contacts using ExcelToCI and the CONTACT_INFO Component Interface.

For this example, there are around 75 Effective Dated Contacts and around 3900 Customers assigned to the Contacts (in which 121 are unique). When just 2 more Customers are added to the Contacts using the CONTACT_INFO Component Interface, the process runs for over 40 minutes and then hangs.
