ELM Enhancement Request: Allow More Than 24 Hours in Content Total Time and Session Time for Student Tracking Data

After a Learner launches and then exits SCORM 1.2 Content, what causes Learner's Session Total Time or Session Time not updated in PS_LM_TRACK_STUDNT table in some scenarios in ELM application?
1) Verify if the Learning Content returning the cumulative time value in the Cmi.Session.time parameter that exceeds 23 hours to the ELM application.
This issue needs to be resolve in the Content by the Content Vendor to not send total time in cmi.session.time but only the time for that session in most cases are under 24 hours.
2) Verify if the Learning Content returning a Cmi.Session.time or Total time for Sessions exceeds 23 hours because the Learner actually took over 23 hours by leaving content open from an interruption.
3) Also, review the log file with name APPSRV_XXXX.log (XXXX is the MMDD) is located in <$PS_HOME>/appserv/<DOMAIN>/LOGS directory.
Review App Server log file for the following message:
