Goal
After installing and configuring an environment, and attempting log in with any of the delivered accounts in the database, logon proceeds past the login screen, but instead of getting a menu there, the page displays "Authorization Error -- Contact your Security AdministratorAuthorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator". Why?
