ETL9.1: Overtime View Options Panel Not Showing. (Doc ID 1530062.1)

Symptoms

Overtime Request Page issues: 

1)      Employees are not able to view existing (previously submitted) Overtime requests from Overtime Requests Page unless there is an Overtime request submitted for the current month. View Options page let (page let which allows users to select and view Overtime requests) does not show up on the page unless there is an OT request for current month. It is expected that this page let shows up when there is a preexisting OT request (OT submitted for previous months or future months) for the employee.
If there is an OT request submitted for current month, then this page let shows up and user is able to view all the OT requests. OT request for previous months and future months also show up without a problem.

2)      Managers are able to view Overtime request for current month only from View OT requests page. Overtime request for Previous and Future months do not show up.

3)      Approve Overtime request page shows up all OT requests as expected, but it triggers some SQL errors while trying to view OT requests which is not proper.

4)      OT requests that show up on the page that gets displayed after this error message is not proper.
