When REN server is configured to use a Load Balancer or Proxy server, the following browser error occurs when running a ping test:
If running a report to window, it stays in queued status.
The REN server log does not show any errors. However, if debug logging is enabled, you will notice that the REN server is not receiving all of the REN-related requests.
