Adding or Changing a Project Manager In Project Team Detail Page is Not Reflecting On Manager Tab of Project Costing > General Information page. (Doc ID 1530740.1)

On : 9.1 version, Project Team

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to unassign a Project Manger by unchecking the Project Manger check box in the Project Team detail page, the Manager tab of the Project - General Information still show the employee as the Project Manager.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When trying to unassign a Project Manger by unchecking the Project Manger check box in the Project Team detail page, the Manager tab of the Project - General Information should not show the employee as the Project Manager.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario 1:
1. Take a project which has project manager associated with it.
2. Go To project Team Detail and uncheck the project manager check box and save.
3. Review the Project General Information - Manager tab. The Project Manager still shows up.
4. Go To the Project Team page again- See that the Team member has the Project Manager check box turned on even though earlier we checked him off.
5. Going to team detail for this employee shows that the Project Manager check box is checked off.

Scenario 2:
1. Created a new Project with no project managers assigned
2. Added a new team member and made him a project manager
3. Reviewed the Project General Information - Manager tab. The manager is not reflected.
