ETL 9.x: Log Into Webclock Before 12AM And Punch Out At Midnight Or Less than One Minute After the Wrong Date Is Recorded (Doc ID 1531706.1)

Incorrect date under report is stored in PS_TL_RPTD_TIME if employee enters webclock just prior to midnight but doesn't punch until after midnight but before 1 entire minute after midnight.

This could result in inaccurate payable time and/or exceptions being generated in error.

1. Employee who works 4pm to midnight shift punches in at 4:03PM.
2. Employee enters web clock page at 11:59PM on 1/15/2013
3. Employee doesn't actually use the out punch button until after midnight (example: 12:00:01AM 01/16/2013)
4. Punch time is stored as 12:00:01AM as 1/15/2013 in error.
