Unable To Open ITEM Tree For Any Edits for ITEMS Trees That Are Converted To Release 9.1 (Doc ID 1532121.1)

Users are unable to edit Item Trees for trees that were upgraded from prior release to release 9.1. There seems to be an issue with a change on the ITM_CAT_TBL. In release 9.1 the ITM_CAT_TBL has DESCR60, but in previous release the table used DESCR field. This is causing a database rollback when trying to open the tree for editing.
