EAM: Capitalized Asset Check Box Checked When Adjusting The Cost Of An Asset Even If Cost < Threshold (Doc ID 1532273.1)

Symptoms

Issue
-------
The capitalized asset check box is marked even though the asset (including the adjustment) is below the capitalization threshold.

This box is checked whether an asset is adjusted via the AP interface or in the Basic Add > Acquisition Detail tab

Steps
-------
1)Select an existing non-cap asset to adjust the cost and note that the original cost is below the cap threshold
2)Adjust the cost and ensure the adjustment keeps the cost of the asset below the threshold
3)Select the Capitalize button on the page
4)Go to the Non-Cap History - Cost is correctly added to the Non-Cap History
5)On the general Tab of the Basic Add - the Capitalized Asset Check Box is marked

Actual Behavior
--------------------
The capitalized asset check box is marked even though the asset (including the adjustment) is below the capitalization threshold.

Expected Behavior
------------------------
The capitalized asset check box should not be marked even though the asset (including the adjustment) is below the capitalization threshold.


Business Impact
----------------------
Due to this issue, users are not able truly differentiate whether given asset is capitalized or non-capitalized.
