Resubmitting Requisitions That Were Originally Denied Get Stuck in Denied Status (Doc ID 1535004.1)

Requisitions that are denied and later resubmitted into the AWE through the Monitor Approvals page get stuck in a denied requisition status even though the thread status gets updated to pending / approved.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create a ePro Requisition and submit for approval
2) Deny the Requisition
3) Log in as VP1
4) Go to Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals
5) Pull the above denied Requisition
6) Click on Resubmit
7) Approve the Requisition
8) Go to Manage Requisition
9) Requisition status still shows as denied
