Goal

When running a SQR from a Process Scheduler (PSNT) server, SQR fails with the following message:

"(SQR 5528) ORACLE OCIServerAttach error 12557 in cursor 0: ORA-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable
(SQR 4701) Cannot logon to the database.

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting."
