Hold Amount On Self Service Not Equal To Write Off Amounts (Doc ID 1535693.1)

Symptoms

Posting multiple write off transactions, using the same Service Indicator Code does not maintain the Hold Amount displayed on Self Service.  The hold amount on self service will reflect the first write off amount posted.  The customer account is correct but the write off amount on self service is not.
