E-PIA: Grids On Page Will Not Refresh With New Data After Rowset Flush or ScrollFlush A Couple Times

Symptoms
On a page with 2 grids, after the user takes two or more actions on the page, the grids' data stop refreshing despite Rowset Flush() or ScrollFlush() being called, and re-populated with Rowset Class Select().
The same project and page works in 8.50, but not in the upgraded 8.52 environment.
