ELM 9.2: In Find Learning, When KeyWords Search Returns "No Results" (Doc ID 1539306.1)

Goal

If search the application with everything, and do not enter any key words, the application displays the results and the search facets. See below:

NOTE: In the images below, user details / names / course names represent a fictitious sample (based up made up data used in the Product name test environment). Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

However, when a Keyword used to search and if the keyword displays "No Results", all the search facets disappear. See below:
