E-CR: How to Install and Configure Crystal Runtime And Other Components for PeopleTools 8.53+? (Doc ID 1540788.1)

Goal

This document aims to provide the steps to install and configure the Crystal Runtime and associated components to ensure Crystal Reports can run on PeopleTools 8.53 and later.

Various errors will occur if not all of the Crystal components are configured.  For example, some or all of these errors have been known to occur:

Crystal Errors

1. "Missing or invalid version of SQL library PSORA32 (200.0). Invalid userid or password."
2. "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
3. "Product: Crystal Reports 2008 -- Error 1904. Module..."
4. - CRYSTAL.TRC shows:
