Symptoms
The following error occurs when attempting to Generate an Award:
An error message "An error was encountered: No rows exists for specified keys. {CA_DETAIL_PROJ_CI} (91,50) (9395,623)"
An error message pops "An error occurred getting Project entries for the contract (9395, 463)
The "Generate" Process was not successful (9395, 462)
An error message pops "An error occurred getting Project entries for the contract (9395, 463)
The "Generate" Process was not successful (9395, 462)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Proposal
2. Submit the Proposal
3. Generate the Award.
