Getting RC_CASE_NOTE.RC_NOTE_TYPE Invalid Properties On Reply To ERMS With Thread ID (Doc ID 1543928.1)

Symptoms


ISSUE:

Scenario:
1) Sent email to ERMS mailbox (mailbox worklist has Auto Create Case enabled);
2) ERMS creates case
3) Agent opens case and clicks Notification to send manual notif to email sender;
4) Manual notif email is received by original sender, with thread ID;
5) Original sender responds to Manual Notif email with thread ID;
6) ERMS reads reply;
7) RB_MAILROUTE process abends with the attached messages

Error:
RC_CASE_NOTE.RC_NOTE_TYPE invalid properties
Error changing value {RC_CASE_CI.RC_CASE_NOTE.RC_NOTE_TYPE
