E-AS: Parallel Boot Seems to Hang when Domain Gateway (Search Server) is Enabled (Doc ID 1544676.1)

Goal

While enabling Gateway domain via psadmin, (with configuration of Verity Type-3 searching) on psadmin -c parallel boot, the first group of services appear to start, but the second group never begins.  

On subsequent attempts to parallel boot, error seen is-

"Unable to acquire the resource for parallel boot. Try again. If the problem persists, contact sysadmin".  

 

-If Domain Gateway is disabled, parallel boot again works. When it is enabled along with the use of Verity Deployment Type-3, the problem with parallel boot starts, it seems to hang or do nothing. (Serial boot works with no issues )

-To clarify, its the option 12 for Domains Gateway which is enabled on the Quick-Configure Menu on psadmin tool,

AND

Verity Deployment Type selected in psappsrv.cfg is set to 3-
