Setting Requisition Line Amount Only Flag Does Not Reset Requisition Quantity to 1 (Doc ID 1544785.1)

Symptoms

Setting Requisition Line Amount Only Flag Does Not Reset Requisition Quantity to 1

Steps to Reproduce the Issue
1) Using eProcurement, create a requisition, add an item as below.
2) Click to view line details.
3) Select "Amount Only". Click "OK".
4) Answer "Yes" when below message appears.
The quantity will be set to 1 for an amount only line. The system will reprice the line. Continue? (10150,238)
The Requisition quantity will be set to 1 for an amount only line, the system will reprice the requisition line for you.

5) Note that the Quantity at line 1 becomes disabled (not allow further edit). Save & preview approvals.
6) Click "Edit Requisition".
7) Click Line Details.
8) De-select "Amount Only" and click "OK".
9) Change REQ line quantity to 2. Click line details again.
10) Now, select "Amount Only" and click "OK".
11) This time, no more message appear, and the REQ line quantity remains as 2. Save the requisition by clicking "Save and preview approvals".
12) Review the REQ line record using PS query.

Notice that Qty is 2 but set to Amount Only 'Y'!

Req Qty is not updated correctly and message is not obtained

The quantity will be set to 1 for an amount only line. The system will reprice the line. Continue? (10150,238)
The Requisition quantity will be set to 1 for an amount only line, the system will reprice the requisition line for you.
