Spreadsheet Journal Import does not validate against row level or chartfield security setup. This is major security concern because user can go through the backdoor to import, edit and post a journal entry for which they do not have access to do via journal entry page.

Why row level security and charfield Security would not work for spreadsheet journal import just like for on line journals ?
