eProcurement Catalog Search Returns Invalid Results

eProcurement Catalog search returns invalid results
When searching a number in the vendor field on the Add Items/Services page PV_SRCH_REQ_PARAM, the system is searching on the item description, manufacturer Item ID and the vendor item ID. It should only search on the vendor field.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure VSE is selected on Catalog search options
2. Create an ePro requisition and search by putting a number in the Vendor field
3. Note that Items with that number in item description, manufacturer Item ID and the vendor item ID do get returned.
