KK_LIQUIDATION.KK_POSTED_AMT is not set to zero after closing PO with canceled line (Doc ID 1546500.1)

Goal

We are finding in release 9.1 that after we close a PO with a cancelled line.  KK_LIQUIDATION.KK_POSTED_AMT is not being reset to 0 as it was in release 9.0.
