ETL 9.1: No Schedule Appearing On Manage Schedules Page in Error

Manage schedule page is displaying 'No Schedule' even if employee does have a schedule assigned.
Managers trying to manage schedules get confused and there is also no way to specify a schedule for the employee for the day.
This appears to be happening if they are using random schedules on a daily basis as there is no set schedule for the employee, so they submit it by day. For the days where there is a schedule assigned directly following another day, is when the 'no schedule' is displayed. Once there are two consecutive days with the same schedule then the schedule displays properly.
This problem stops the manager from changing the schedule or specifying another one for the day, they can only change it if it displays the schedule assigned.
