Symptoms

On PeopleTools 8.51, a custom Application Engine (AE) Program was created, and tested in development environment, and it works as expected. A project was created, the AE definition and sub-components were inserted into the project, and imported into the target system. When running the AE in the target system the following error occurred, even after re-importing the project, and clearing scheduler cache.
