Symptoms

 The XML file created by the T810CAHP and TAX810CA sqrs delivered in 13-B is rejected because the first name and/or last name (including spaces) exceed 16 or 30 characters respectively.  An example of the error message for the FirstName follows:

"The 'http://www.irs.gov/efile:FirstName element is invalid - The value "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' is invalid according to its datatype 'String' - The Pattern constraint failed."
