In HCM 9.2, when navigating to Manager Self Service, Manager Dashboard, and then accessing an employee in Direct Line Reports section, the PeopleSoft sign-in page displays with the following error:
The Application Server log shows the following accompanying error:
In short, one is unable to access employee through Direct Line Reports. The issue is specific to PT 8.53.01 and lower.
