ETL 9.2 Unable To See Employees In The Timesheet Employee ID Search Prompt

On : 9.2 version, Time Reporting

Unable to see employees in the Timesheet Employee ID search prompt.  On clicking the prompt for Employee ID field on the search page of the Timesheet page through MSS, unable to fetch employee ids.

When we click on the employee ids prompt the employees manager has access to should be displayed to be selected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to manager self service> time management> timesheet
2. On the timesheet search page click on the employee IDs prompt and no employee IDs are fetched.
3. When the manager click on the Get employee button, all the employees the manager has access to are displayed.

Due to this issue, users cannot fetch employees through prompt.
