ETL:9.1[Process: 'TLReportedTime']: there is no transaction record at level -1 for this approval process error encountered while approving reported time.
1.Reported time approval is setup using GetApproversByTLSecurity approval
2.The employee whose time is approved has no profile setup.
3. Manager reports time for employee.
2.Time is in NA status.
3.When manager approves time , below error is encountered and time is not

1. A reported time which was in 'NA' status in 9.0.
2. After upgrade to 9.1, upgrade has changed the reported status to DN.
3. The denied status timesheet for that week was changed and submitted again.
4. While approving, she got multiple error.
