Symptoms
On : 9.1 version, Correspondence Management
When attempting to print a correspondend, RBC_PROCESS fail with error
WARN No appenders could be found for logger (com.peoplesoft.crm.co.cm.CheckFileToDownload).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.
