Symptoms

In some 8.52 and 8.53 tools releases when Password Controls are enabled and a user attempts to log into the application with an invalid password, the field LASTPSWDCHANGE in the PSOPRDEFN gets set to the current date (Date of the login attempt).  The LASTPSWDCHANGE field is also reset to the current date whenever there is any update to a user profile.
