Symptoms
Trying to integrate HCM 9.0 (PT 8.49) with ELM 9.2 (PT 8.53), when the message is posted, Publication Contract shows the below message in HCM 9:

What works:

1. Remote nodes can be pinged from supposed publishing and subscription databases.
2. If remote nodes' node types are changed to External instead of PIA, the messages can be published and subscribed successfully.
3. Messages can be published and subscribed successfully from supposed subscription database and publishing database in the reverse direction.
4. User publishing the message is newly created and has all the permissions.
