No matching buffer found for level error received When Viewing Approvals On E-procurement Requisitions that Have Attachments but no comments (Doc ID 1561670.1)

On : 9.1 version Bundle 24 , Requisition Create

Error message received when viewing approvals on e-procurement requisitions that have attachments without comments. We have attached the screen shot of the actual error message.


No matching buffer found for level.(15,26)

When retrieving data for a page, a data value was retrieved for which there was no matching data value at a higher level scroll entry. (For example, at scroll level 2, a value of ABC was read in and scroll level 1 contained this higher level field but did not have a row with a key value of ABC.) This usually occurs because of an error in a database record or view; or because of improper deletion of values in a database. Correct the page definition or contact your system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)-Navigate to ePro-Create Requisition-Add a Special item

2)-Enter the Comment in Additional Information Field

3)-Add item

4)-Review and Submit

5)-Click on Comments Icon and delete the comment now

6)-Add Attachment

7)-Click on OK

8)-Save and Submit

9)-Navigate to ePro-Manage Requisition-Approval Icon
