After Pushed Back punch is modified, the Timesheet Day is split.

It is expected that both punches should be updated for a day to NA after modifying one of the punches.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Manager Pushed Back the reported punch time
on 5/1/13 - 8am IN, 2:30pm OUT (6.5 hrs)
and approves reported punch time
on 5/2/13 - 9am IN, 5pm OUT (8 hrs)
2. Employee modifies the punch IN on 5/1 only by changing it to 9am IN and resubmits.
The In punch changes the status to NA and OUT punch stays in PB, the timesheet for the day showing split lines.
3. Manager approves time and run TimeAdmin that ignores OUT punch and creating 14.5 hrs of payable time on 5/1/13.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are confused over display of the multiple lines on timesheet, payable time got created incorrectly and for a wrong day..
