Goal

Why Purchase orders reports and batch processes do not look for BU Security.

 Steps to Replicate

Scenario 1)-

----------------
1. Security option is set up as Permission List Level Security for BU
2. Unit by Permission list is done for ALLPAGES  and 2 BU's US100 ans US002 for example are provided access to.
3. Run the Process FIN9001--Apply Security Set up
4. Run any of the below mentioned processes and do not enter BU as filter criteria
5. All BUs are processed, even though the user may not be authorized for all BUs.


Scenario 2)-
-------
1. Security option is set up as User ID level Security for BU
2. Navigate to Unit By User ID-Enter the BU for whom access should be granted
3. Run the Process FIN9001--Apply Security Set up
4. Run any of the below mentioned processes and do not enter BU as filter criteria
5. Check the Report output
6. It shows for all the Bu's Irrespective of the row level security

9) Purchasing > Receipts > Review Receipt Information > Receipts by Location
10) Purchasing > Return To Vendor > Dispatch RTVs
11) Purchasing > Return To Vendor > Print RTV1

12) Purchasing > Receipts > Receipt Accrual
