Delivered Application Diagnostics WORKFORCE_SYNC Not Working

Delivered Application Diagnostic named "WORKFORCE_SYNC" is not working.
AppClass: JobSync in App Package: WORKFORCE_SYNC is not properly defined.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Logon to CRM 9.1 as superuser
2. Navigate to Main Menu > Application Diagnostics > Register Diagnostics
3. Choose Plug-in Name = WORKFORCE_SYNC
4. Click Save, error is returned.
